DNA Ramps & Access is proud to have completed a major international project supplying 10 bespoke aluminium passenger gangways for Ocea / Royal Caribbean in France, delivered on schedule in July 2025.
This project began with an initial enquiry in February 2025, with a strict delivery deadline to ensure the Royal Caribbean cruise vessels could sail as planned. Our in‑house design team worked closely with the client, holding multiple technical meetings to refine every detail of the specification. Each gangway measured 3.5m x 1000mm and required a certified Safe Working Load of 1500kg.
To guarantee full compliance, the prototype was independently load tested by our trusted third‑party testing partner. Once the prototype was manufactured, tested, and approved, we proceeded with the remaining nine gangways — all produced at our UK manufacturing facility with precision and consistency.
